We #LoveACity by having a consistent presence in the streets, jails, shelters and urban communities of our cities, passionately meeting needs and bringing a message of hope.
ANNUAL CHRISTMAS OUTREACH
Christmas is a celebration of Jesus! We celebrate with a Christmas service at our inner city church plant, Crossover ATL, followed by a HUGE Christmas party and outreach that serves the local women & children’s shelter and our surrounding community.
The party features: cookie decorating, ornament decorating, hot cocoa bar, popcorn bar, games, activities, giveaways and a big Toy Giveaway where parents in need select toys for their children and are empowered to be the providers for their children on Christmas.
This event brings people together from all over the city, from all different backgrounds to celebrate Christmas together.
For many in attendance, it will be the only Christmas party they are invited to and attend.
We conduct a toy drive beginning in November for this event. See Q&A.
We raise $5,000 for this outreach.
